Este Ponto de Entrega está interligado aos Gasodutos Japeri - REDUC e Campinas - Rio, por meio de ramal com 400 metros de extensão. Art. 2º Esta Autorização será cancelada no caso de não serem mantidas as condições técnicas previstas e comprovadas para a presente outorga. Art. 3º O Consórcio Malhas Sudeste Nordeste deverá apresentar à ANP, até a data de vencimento do licenciamento ambiental da instalação relacionada na presente Autorização, cópia autenticada da solicitação de renovação deste licenciamento, protocolado junto ao órgão ambiental competente no prazo regulamentar, bem como cópia autenticada da renovação deste licenciamento, em até 15 (quinze) dias, contados a partir da data de emissão da respectiva renovação.
