Documento assinado digitalmente conforme MP n Art. 1º Fica a Transportadora Associada de Gás S.A. - TAG, inscrita no CNPJ sob o nº 06.248.349/0006-38, autorizada a operar o Gasoduto Caraguatatuba - Taubaté (GASTAU), no estado de São Paulo, e suas instalações auxiliares, com as seguintes características: -Gasoduto (linha tronco) com diâmetro nominal de 28", 98 km de extensão, incluindo um shaft de 28" de diâmetro e capacidade de transportar até 20.000.000 Nm3/dia de gás natural à pressão máxima de 100 kgf/cm2; -Estação de Transferência de Custódia em São José dos Campos; -Área para lançador de PIG em Caraguatatuba; -Área para recebedor de PIG em Taubaté. Art. 2º Esta Autorização será cancelada no caso de não serem mantidas as condições técnicas previstas e comprovadas para a presente outorga. Art. 3º A Transportadora Associada de Gás S/A - TAG deverá apresentar à ANP até a data de vencimento do licenciamento ambiental das instalações relacionadas na presente Autorização, cópia autenticada da solicitação de renovação deste licenciamento protocolado junto ao órgão ambiental competente no prazo regulamentar, bem como cópia autenticada da renovação deste licenciamento, em até 15 (quinze) dias, contados a partir da data de sua renovação. Art. 4º Fica revogada a Autorização ANP nº 150, de 30 de março de 2011, publicada no Diário Oficial da União nº 62, de 31 de março de 2011.
